We were commissioned to design a concept for a new mixed-use development that didn’t just blend in — it had to stand tall with quiet confidence. Inspired by Ghana’s mid-century modern movement, a time of bold beginnings and national pride, we imagined spaces that honour heritage while embracing a sleek, contemporary feel. Bespoke joinery, fluted oak textures, and locally crafted accents whisper stories of the past — all wrapped in a design that feels fresh, refined, and ready for modern living.
